Before we start any work, you'll get a quote. No surprises on your invoice. If we find something additional during the repair, we call you first — always.
Regular oil changes are the single most important maintenance item for your engine. We stock conventional, synthetic blend, and full synthetic oil in all viscosity grades.
If your brakes are grinding, squealing, or the pedal feels soft — don't wait. We diagnose the exact problem and repair only what needs to be replaced. No unnecessary upselling.
Engine work is where experience matters. We use industry-grade diagnostic equipment to pinpoint problems accurately before any parts are ordered. We also supply and install new and used engines.
A proper tune-up restores engine performance, improves fuel economy, and prevents bigger problems down the road. If your car feels sluggish or fuel bills have crept up, a tune-up is often the fix.
Transmission problems — slipping gears, delayed engagement, rough shifts — get expensive fast if ignored. We handle everything from fluid services to full rebuilds on both automatic and manual transmissions.
Alberta winters are hard on batteries. If your car is slow to start, clicking, or the battery warning light is on — come in for a free battery test. Most battery replacements done in under 30 minutes.
Edmonton roads are rough. If your car pulls to one side, bounces excessively, or tires are wearing unevenly — your suspension or alignment needs attention. We inspect and only recommend what's needed.
An overheating engine can cause catastrophic damage in minutes. If your temperature gauge is running high or you see steam — stop driving and call us immediately at (780) 395-0647.

We built Parsons Auto Services on a simple idea: treat every customer's vehicle like it's our own. No upselling. No surprises. Just honest work done right.
Our Story
Parsons Auto Services has been operating at 2903 Parsons Rd NW for over 15 years. What started as a small operation has grown into one of Edmonton's most reviewed and trusted independent auto shops.
We're AMVIC licensed — which means we're held to the highest provincial standards for automotive repair and inspections. That's not a checkbox for us; it's a commitment to doing this job properly.
We work on all makes and models — domestic, Asian, and European. Gas and diesel. We've seen everything, and we know how to fix it.
What we won't do is charge you for something you don't need. If we find additional problems during a repair, we call you first — every time.
What We Stand For
We don't throw parts at problems. We use professional diagnostic equipment to find the actual cause, then fix it. You pay for the right repair, not a guess.
You'll always know the cost before we begin. If we find additional issues during the repair, we stop and call you. Your approval, every time.
Most repairs are completed the same day you bring the vehicle in. We stock common parts and don't make you wait a week for something that should take an afternoon.
